Whole Wheat Rotini
Handmade Mozzarella, about 1.5T per serving
Chopped Fresh Basil, about 1T per serving
Olive Oil
Boil pasta according to package directions. (Gia Russa is a yummy brand that only has one ingredient: whole wheat) Drizzle with olive oil and toss. Serve pasta onto the plate and grate mozzarella over the pasta. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil. Salt and pepper to taste. Mangia!
